ABSTRACT
The research concerning antagonistics of Gliocladium sp. and Trichoderma viride to pathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. gladioli was done to find out the ability of Gliocladium sp. and Trichoderma viride in inhibited the in vitro growth of pathogenic fungus F. oxysporum f. sp. gladioli and to find out the effectivity of Gliocladium sp. and Trichoderma viride in suppressed the damage of gladiolus cormels. The research methode which was used in first stage was in vitro antagonistic test with descriptif methode. In the second stage were in vivo antagonistic test was used a Completely Randomized Design using 2x3 factorial with four replications to find out the influenced of F. oxysporum f. sp. gladioli, Gliocladium sp., and Trichoderma viride fungus on height plants, cormels diameter, cormels weight, and percentage of gladiolus cormels bud growth. Data of in vitro antagonistic test result was analyzed by independent t test, and has been studied descriptively, whereas data of in vivo antagonistic test result was analyzed by Analyses of Varians which was continued with
Keywords : Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. gladioli, Gliocladium sp., Trichoderma viride, Gladiolus cormels, and Antagonistic.
